This featured home incorporates new roofing and large six inch wide gutters with leaf guards. The freshly sealed and painted brick privacy wall and chimney match the windows that underwent a color change from the old brown to clean, crisp white. The stucco also received two coats of paint and a color change to match the landscaping environment.
The newly released, trending shingle color used on this project fits the overall renovation because the unique pallet and dark tones match the existing brick, new paint and landscaping.
Five new skylights were added to bring a focal point to the main living area.
Let there be light! The five skylight addition was completed by adhering new drywall around the cut-outs and repainting the ceiling. The inside chimney was also sealed and painted to match the exterior chimney. The interior room also received a color change on the walls and wood trim.
